TRAINING DETAILS
THE VISION
"Engineering is the Application of Science and Mathematics to Solve problems"

Inspite the above, most Engineering Institutes in India are focused solely on imparting theoretical knowledge but mostly ignore the practical aspects of it. The faculty rarely explain concepts using real world industry related problems.

Added to this, few students have ever done any work related to topics outside their curriculum leading to a very low exposure to the requirements of the industry.

All the above factors have led to a scary situation regarding the state of the engineering graduates of our nation. In fact, according to an employability report published in 2019, based on a research conducted on engineering students from India, the US and China, >80% of our Engineers are unemployable.

It is our intent to remedy this by introducing application based problem solving where we train candidates on
how to think
rather than what to think
THE SEQUENCE
Check for pre-requisites: Programming Skills (For CS and ME trainings only. Offered without charge if agreed upon after orientation) and the Right Mindset (The Willingness to remove your boots and get your feet dirty in order to learn and do all that is required of you during the course)

Contact for an Orientation Session: This is an informal interview of interested candidates to check whether they know the fundamentals required for taking the course and possess the pre-requisites mentioned above

Start the training

Complete the Training: Post completion of training, candidates will receive a Training Completion Certificate and will be expected to work on a real world project upon completion of which they will receive a Work Experience Document detailing the specifics of the work.

POINTS TO NOTE
All the training courses listed below are detailed, but of course do not cover every skill required by the industry as any level of skill in Practical Engineering comes from experience and as such candidates are expected to pursue the same using any available means after the completion of their courses.

The number of sessions required to complete the courses listed below might differ from the values mentioned as some batches might require more than the stated time depending on their progress during the sessions.

After receiving the Work Experience Document upon completion of the assigned Post training work, certain selected candidates will be encouraged to pursue further Work assigned by Agrasar Automations for which they will be given separate Work Experience Documents.

If any candidate is skilled enough to be trusted with our commercial work, they will also be paid for it.
